Moral policing: Rights and Wrongs (part 1: the intro)

Disclaimer: This blog is an attempt to look at both sides of the coin of moral policing and will investigate talk about the different aspects of moral policing including the aspect of when it is acceptable and when it is not so if you were looking for a blog completely talking about or ranting about the rants of moral policing We are really sorry to inform you that this blog will explore it from every angle possible and to do so we too have to explore circumstances where this is justified if this is something you are interested in I would advise you to read on; So, have you ever been stopped from doing something or wearing particular articles of clothing by someone else? ( most probably a stranger who when confronted about their words would have one of the set answers) It is against our "culture". It is indecency. It is unacceptable in today's society.  If this has happened to you or if this is something you too have partaken in then; It would be safe to assume that you

Where the our Education System goes wrong

If you have seen UGC's announcement of holding the final year exams by September this year while the whole world is suffering from a pandemic, it should have surprised you. If not, then this is not for you. I'm not an university student and nothing will happen to me if the universities take their final exams in the middle of a pandemic. All of us agree to the point that our education system doesn't make any sense anymore but nobody knows the exact problem. Even if they do, they don't know the solution. Well. neither do I; I'm just an angry teen trying to let out my angst. Our education system has the ratio of 1:50, i.e, 1 teacher per 50 students. Nobody can pay much attention to each and every student in that way. i don't know when you people where enrolled in school, but I was enrolled in my current school at the age of 3 and the kindergarten school at the age 2. It is a kind of suffering for many of us. I'm suffering for almost 12 years now. I say suffer

S o, to give a back story of why i decided to write this specific blog, this is an issue that has bothered me for quite some time now from 9th grade to be more specific even though now this issue will not have a huge affect on my own life per say but after having read about the new education policy in India i was intrigued whether they have finally realized this issue . Even though the new education policy is quite good but I didn't find any thing which indicated the issue which I am going to talk about being addressed ,so keeping this in mind I wanted to see if others too felt that this issue that I am referring to is a issue or not or whether I was just overly head thinking this was an issue so, I took a poll on one of our social media account the vote had a respectable response from the target audience I wanted to research out to with each of them having one vote I got to know that even in this small group thought there were some who were skeptical about the issue and some d

Yes it's about the Teen AGE : Part -2

-- Hola TEENS  , last part I came up with a small introduction about the teen age (ya you can check out the first part and there are other interesting blogs too )and now I think I'll  come up to a part about the physical changes teen's experience ( so that's going to be useful for the kids who are going to enter their teen age right) yes but I'll try not to say about that only ( I'll try not to bring you back to biology classes). The changes a teen experiences at the initial stages can be a bit awkward, scary and embarrassing but one thing you got to know is, it's a normal thing as time passes by it'll be like a normal thing for you too.  The physical changes can be like hair everywhere ( not everywhere but in many weird places other than your hair on your head ) a stage where some great people start using hair shampoo not only for the hair on their head but even on other places like........ uh you know it .  Most of you before entering puberty wou

DEPRESSED (PART 1)

Almost all of us would agree that the Indian educational system doesn't make any sense, and also Indian students have among the highest suicidal rates in the world. But what is the problem and how can it be solved? There has been a lot of research on the suicidal-rates of western teenagers, but not much research is done about the mental stress of young people of India, what's more surprising is that even we teenagers turn a blind eye towards our very OWN problems. Not only towards teenagers, a blind eye is turned towards the mental health problems in our country, as if it does not exist. Really? mental health isn't serious? It doesn't exist? I am sure that most of you have seen it, that whenever the news of suicide of a very bright or an ordinary child comes up on tv; most of our parents' reaction is, " How come these little children are committing suicides? They should be happy now, they don't have to worry". It's right that we have become more in

I knew that this topic was long coming, but I never would have imagined this to be the reason that I have decided to put out this article .so the reason is an ad let me explain- So,  considering a good number of my blog audience is from India; so, I know that this is something they are acquainted with so there is a fairness cream in India call 'fair and lovely' which has now changed its name to 'Glow and lovely' even thought the name fair and lovely is still very much present on it's products and for the audience which doesn't know what this is, its a cream that has variants for both men and women alike and promises to make you get a fairer shade instantly. But this isn't what makes them controversial and popular at the same times it's their ads due to which the supreme court had to pass an order to ban these sorts of ads    you guys acquainted with this? let me put forward some articles about this for you to refer  here is an extract do give it a read &
