Yes it's about the Teen AGE : Part -2

-- Hola TEENS , last part I came up with a small introduction about the teen age (ya you can check out the first part and there are other interesting blogs too )and now I think I'll  come up to a part about the physical changes teen's experience ( so that's going to be useful for the kids who are going to enter their teen age right) yes but I'll try not to say about that only ( I'll try not to bring you back to biology classes).

The changes a teen experiences at the initial stages can be a bit awkward, scary and embarrassing but one thing you got to know is, it's a normal thing as time passes by it'll be like a normal thing for you too.
The physical changes can be like hair everywhere ( not everywhere but in many weird places other than your hair on your head ) a stage where some great people start using hair shampoo not only for the hair on their head but even on other places like........ uh you know it. Most of you before entering puberty would have already got some hair on your arms and legs but during puberty they'll grow more and the pubic hair and the hair underarm which I just mentioned (weird places) will start to grow and will get thicker and darker over time(you can trim it out if you want too) and guys start getting facial hair(extra work for guys who wants to trim that too)
Growth spurt (the thing that didn't work out well for me after all I being a basketball enthusiast) . In simple words growth spurt is like a sudden growth of your body which is seen mainly during your teen age and the sad news is by the end of your teen age you can determine how tall your going to be but it doesn't have to be that height itself ,you might grow a bit even after your teen age . This might be a thing which we don't notice much but anyone seeing you after a not that long time ( it can be a week also) will be like wooo you become a big man huh ,when you were a kid you were sooo small ( of course dude). The growth includes your head, face, hands and whatever you can see of your body leading to change in the shape of your body but they are going to be different shape for girls and for boys like ....for girl's their hips widen up(making your body more curvy which guys do like it) and for boys their chest and shoulder gets broader(which kind of shows your masculinity which girl's do check) and one more difference if you want is growth of weird things which are on higher places for ladies and lower places for guys.( I don't have to explain that cause you understood that).
Glands in the skin becomes more active during puberty in turn producing more oil which can lead to pimples and acne ( my skin is like being in a desert region meaning I have dry skin problems ) but still to I get pimples sometimes cause of another great problem which is ...
Sweat functioned by glands like eccrine , apocrine glands which is highly functioning for me as my skin gets flooded even when I just step out of my house. During teen age this sweat gland starts to develop on armpits and genitals areas where bacteria starts having pool party leading to another problem of ...
Fragrant body odor (which doesn't make any sense I know) and now you can relate it to the hair shampoo thing that it was not just for the hair and still to there are some geniuses who have collection of perfumes and deodorants (I'm not against this thing, even I use but not too much) and that's why you should keep up good hygiene.

ok I was still now saying about outward physical changes .There's changes inward too like your organs, bones, limbs will get bigger and stronger . I Don't know if you guys have heard of that your heart is about the size of your fist so as your body is growing during teenage which includes your fist even shows your heart is also getting as big as your fist. But by the time you become an adult your heart is about the size of two fists. Even kidneys are about the size of a clenched fist.
Growth of your bones can be seen by the change in your height itself then there is muscular growth (even if your not doing exercises) they increase in size and strength but if you want more muscles you have to exercise (it's for the guys) cause they want to portray themselves muscular in front of girls ,so that girl's  fall for them ( you know it's the guy conceptions) ok just joking not every guys are like that, some wants to get stronger that's it. So all this growth even increases your weight and teen age is the best time you can try different food and eat how much ever you want cause after that you get aged and there will be problems like diabetes ,cholesterol ,heart related issues ,then etc.......
A change in your voice which is much noticed on boys than girls and it feels a bit weird for others when your voice changes suddenly and another thing which is visible on boys is the Adam's apple.
Then the wisdom teeth or third molars another change which appears in your mouth which is painful cause it has to break open through your gums which leads to pain in your mouth, throat pain, ear pain, head ache and even fever too.
Now onto another problem(embarrassing too) which girl's faces are Periods (I don't know if I'm the right person to explain this) but let me give it a try and I'm not sure will I get it right .So basically ovaries releases eggs every month to uterus through the Fallopian tube which is embedded with blood and some other stuffs in uterus in expectation of nourishing a hypothetical BABY . Ya as these things are not needed, the body gets rid of it which leads to periods (ooooof) which is painful and can get mild cramps and fatigue .
Doesn't mean guys are lucky cause they don't have problems like this , yes they don't have any painful problems but they have embarrassing ones (not that embarrassing) like morning woods or NPT and wet dreams ( you can google it if you didn't understand and if you are not a kid).

OK I guess I've covered up most of the physical changes that a teenager can experience . The thing is that these changes happens to every teenagers so there is nothing to be embarrassed off . But there are embarrassing changes, yup that's true like for some there can be changes at an early stage of adolescence and for some at a later stage. For some there can be excessive changes and for some not much changes.
EXAMPLES I can say is of my friend( a guy) who's going to be 18 in few days still got no facial hair nor body hair growth (few hair which is there from his infancy stage is only visible) ,thus he could prove that shaving leads to excessive hair growth a MYTH (it's a funny story though I'll tell it in the end ).I have even seen some girls a bit of facial hair growth (hehehe ok that's not funny)
Then a friend who I saw after years whose face is covered with acne making his face reddish pink in color (it was a bit scary but then I got used to it)
ok let's come back , if you have noticed I have been saying problem after problem which a teen faces from hair growth to skin problems to sweat and body odor to periods and NPT etc ... and I've said these are good changes for your body (if you have read the first part you'll know) , YES it is for a good change or it's going to be more embarrassing later on cause if there is no growth of your body then you'll be looking like a kid even in your adulthood (yes kid) I know you like to be looking young but not like a kid where even kids also won't respect you when your way older than them.
ok but then to why pimples or acne on my face - that's because of hormonal fluctuation of your skin glands producing more oily skin with some dust and dirt from outside leading acne or pimple
Then what about sweat - that's to cool down the body after a vigorous work out or play or heat and purges of dirt, oil, impurities and bacteria and
what about me getting pimples cause of sweat even though I have a dry skin - that's because of sweat mixed up with dirt and bacteria which clogs into pores making the skin oily and an acne breakout and actually sweat is odorless but when the sweat mixes up with bacteria it leads to body odor.
some people do maintain good hygiene but still to they get these skin problems and body odor -then you should consult it with a doctor
Then what about periods and morning woods - it's part of sexual development to  pro create (not now but later onn). Basically it's like the female body gametes waits for her boyfriend ,the male gametes to make babies and the male gamete  is sooo ready to meet his GF especially mornings but it's trapped (you can relate that to morning woods ) and even a month of waiting the male gamete looks like not coming, so then the female gamete thinks that she's never gonna get a chance to meet ,then decides to kill herself (you can relate that to periods)
it's tragic romantic story you know like Romeo and Juliet (that's why I guess schools don't allow guys and girl's to talk with each other even though it's known as co-educational system) . ok back to the topic
Then what about hair growth on weird places - that's because it prevents skin to skin contact (reduces friction) especially during some vigorous activities.
Ok enough of question time ,I don't know if I've  answered the best way possible . There are various other reason too, so if you want to know more about it, I think you should do some research for yourself, the best way you can answer it for yourself.

So basically all these changes are for a good reason. All the changes the body goes through is for some purpose, our body knows what's better for us than we do, so we either should help our body with it's growth or leave the body be itself (I know there can be some embarrassing changes that's because of hormone fluctuations) ya if there are some things which you feel embarrassing maybe you could find some way to get rid of it(if it's really not that necessary like pimples or acne or excessive hair growth) or better thing is to consult with a doctor. One thing you should keep in your mind is that these changes happening to you is for you to look like an adult as you get aged.(which is a slow and can be an embarrassing process I know) But that doesn't mean you got looks of an adult and you can act like a kid ( sooo immature right).
You got to even start being mature, think and make decisions like an adult and that's where changes of our emotional or psychological state comes (part of your growth includes your brain too) which will be coming in the next part

Now I don't know if you remember i said that i'll say the story of how my friend could prove shaving leads to good hair growth a MYTH. As I said before he got no facial hair growth where most of them gets beard by 18 but he's got some hair on his hands and legs which is growing from his infant stage(I guess he was fine with that but he at least wanted to grow beard). Instead of preserving whatever he had, he decided to shave but first he tried it on one side of his leg and other side he left it untouched, so he could compare and see in expectation of good hair growth.
Then days, weeks, months and years passed by and there is still no hair growth and it's really embarrassing cause one side of his leg has got hair and the other side is total blank 😂 .

  1. I know.Truly relatable, but when people end up making fun of you for this reasons, you start to feel embarrassed about these changes. Like I'm just 14 now and almost my whole body is covered in hairs and actually I've got a better beard than my seniors and it makes me quite uncomfortable and insecure about myself
